The 1990 LA Raiders were a professional American football team that played in the National Football League (NFL). Coached by Art Shell, they finished with a record of 12-4 in the regular season, winning the AFC West division title. In the playoffs, they defeated the Cincinnati Bengals in the divisional round before losing to the Buffalo Bills in the conference championship game. The team was led by quarterback Jay Schroeder and running back Marcus Allen, along with a strong defense anchored by Howie Long and Greg Townsend. This was the last season the Raiders played in Los Angeles before moving back to Oakland in 1995.
